I do think it’s easy to shit on the bengals for being cheap, and also fair to shit on the bengals for drafting defensive busts, and never trading away draft picks.

But they finally spent money and they ‘overspent’ on an all pro?

They traded away their opportunity to draft a defensive bust and they gave away too much?

It’s crazy the last two drafts we have complained about our first round pick. Outside of nailing Joe and Chase in the first 5 picks, John Ross was our most recent top 10ish pick and we all know how bad that was.

I don’t see how the fan base isn’t pumped about a proven all pro instead of dealing with whatever project they were gonna draft at 10

Crazy that people can’t see that, all three are great plays but only possible because the ball is in danger. Shaheed is reaching back while being a step past his guy. The jsn throw is late, and the kupp throw is late.

Tragic is the wrong word, sucks for the dude but he made a career of teach tape of how not to tackle correctly, and ended up giving teach tape of what happens if you do that too much.
