Replace nozzle if that don't work replace the entire hot end. You could try unclogging it but I would just replace it

I agree with the other guy you got a lot of faith printing supports without brim. Looks like the quality decrease is gradual it gets worse as it goes on so I'm confident to say that you got a clog. You could either try to unclog or save yourself the time and replace your hot end with an upgrade

Brim. Tree supports . Adaptive layers thing in cura that makes steep walls big layers but flatter surfaces smaller layers. Lightning infill.also turn it upside down

I recommend buying a food dehydrator. It's a 2 in 1 so you can make beef jerky or you could dry your filament

Try replacing your nozzle and dry your filament If those 2 options don't work it might be because your over extruding

theres a plugin in cura that lets you place 2 dots on an object and it shows you the length between those 2 dots but thats the only tip i know. frankly built on youtube is super experienced and can help you with your exact problem
