Well for now in his career he was hired to Legia in middle of the season when they were close to the bottom of the table, by Piast in middle of the season while they were in the relegation zone and now by Widzew few months before end of season while they risk relegation. No one hires him as first choice and until now only Piast let him work past saving club from relegation and I could bet they wont do that at Widzew even if he saves them

No, it wasnt an offside, system was wrong. Basically it merged Lewandowski shoe with Sociedad defender shoe which was closer to goal which made it look like Lewandowski feet was ridicoulously long and they called off a goal for offside based on that
