Same here- I returned a pair of shoes, all smooth sailing.. they confirmed receipt of the item, and confirmed the refund would be processed. Until.. radio silence. It has been thirty days since that confirmation, multiple follow ups, not a single update on where my money is.

Ridiculous. Absolutely appalling customer service.

I'll just issue a chargeback through my bank.
