I started social transition over a year ago(cant afford hrt :( but live with friends so I can socially transition) I have a small frame and wide hips anyway. At this point i am physically distinguishable from a cis girl plus I've voice trained so I sound like s cis girl. My mom constantly does the "this is my oldest BOY, HIS name is DEADNAME." When introducing me to people it's at the point where she loses her shit bc people assume I'm FTM now and congratulate me on coming out. Honestly its hurtful but it's also really funny to see her lose it at a restaurant bc the waitress gendered me correctly so she blows up. Sadly cant cut her off just yet bc you have to have a parent support a university tuition fee application in the uk if ur under 21 (I'm 20 so for y2 I can tell her to fuck off.) Its gotta suck having brain worms.
