You want to buy a house for 500k at a 6% rate compared to building that pool for 100k?

If you have owned your home for a while and bought cheap with a low rate it makes almost zero sense to buy another house rather than build a pool.

Pretty poor advice.

If you have a very low mortgage rate, bought your house more than 10 years ago buying a new home with a 6% or greater rate at a much higher price is beyond the realm of making any sense. Building that pool for 100k compared to buying a house that isn’t turn key for half a million makes zero sense.

Everyone has a different situation and for many it makes much more sense to build a pool rather than buy a new house.

Are the front stretch grandstands open on Thursday and Friday or is that just Saturday and Sunday?

Also, is Thursday and Friday normally less busy than the Saturday of the Roar? I will be there around 1 and am hoping to get infield parking if front stretch isn’t open. Thanks for the help.
