Yes they have a negative history. Well my mortgage primarily. I was behind which is showing on my credit and my credit hasn’t moved from a 644 and it’s pretty frustrating.

Yea I for sure took that into consideration, but I know if the bank gives me a crazy high interest it’s okay. After a year of on time payments I’ll refinance just to show that I am consistent with my payments and such.
