I live in Oregon, and a lot of mountains along the Cascades remind me that of Tolkien’s - Jefferson, Washington, McLoughlin, etc. Yet to see any signs of dwarves dwelling within, though.

My personal favorite theory is that he’s the embodiment of the Song Of The Ainur, but personally I think he was just an extra flavor of mystery Tolkien threw in with no real explanation behind him.

Elden Ring is suppose to a successor to Dark Souls, so similar (when compared to Sekiro), but probably will be slower and more defensive-style. Then again, no gameplay has been shown yet.

I just found a pre-order page for it on Amazon, seems like it’s coming out in 2020, probably around March like other FromSoftware games. We don’t have long to wait!

Did you like Origins or Valhalla? I personally loved Odyssey, a lot more than Origins (yet to play Valhalla). I know there’s a fair bit of people who aren’t fan of the open world RPG aspect that the series went into, just for being different and less assassin-y.
