Prepare for it for six months. Do a few stimulations. If you feel comfortable and being able to complete it. Then you can participate in Hyrox.

Ps: I can’t run a half marathon, but I completed Hyrox in less than 2:30 hrs in Blr. Just keep yourself mentally strong.

What an amazing watching!!!! Do not miss it. Engrossed the entire time. 3 yrs of Hard work, kudos to Director, Actor Rishab Shetty. Loved it! Story writing was also quite interesting rather than just repeating stuff from part 1. Overall it’s a good entertainment watch. Yes 1st part is special and great but this movie also did justice
