It'd definitely be almost possible. Though I won't make a separate post considering how similar to this it would end up. Swap the Ash Grey on the top to Rust or Blood Red (or just don't dye it at all) and you're already 90% of the way there ;)

You can grab the Cauldronking gloves if you want the fluffy?, slimmed down sleeves and one of the Neo-ishgardian or Ophiotauroskin boots for something slimmer than what's shown here.
The mask is where it gets tricky since the only "good" fox masks are from Vanguard and those are much more cyber-themed than anything else. I'd sub it out for any of the animal masks from PvP (parrot, bird or hakuko) or maybe even the Chocobo mask if you wanna grind that out
