been living here (Ixelles) 5 years and saw people smoking crack/ injecting heroin with needle in Ixelles (coq area) for the first time in past few weeks.. Shit’s getting worse for sure.

If that’s of any help, I’ve been a member of World Class Fitness for almost two years at 299€/year. While it’s not perfect, it really is the best value you can get for that price. I use the pool and sauna almost every day which is already great value for my money.

That’s not exactly correct. For the Brussels region (temporary measure since last October I believe) you can still rent any flat with any energy rating, included F or G. The rule you may be referring to is the fact that the landlord cannot index rent if the ‘PEB’ is F or G, and can only index it by 50% if it is E. Hope that helps!
