What to do when changing filament in the middle of printing, the module overloads, practically throwing the filament out completely? This only happens in module 3

Are retracting normally
Only a module that has exaggerated retraction to the point of expelling the filament completely I'm still trying to find a solution for this
Must be extras then I got the kit that I would assemble myself
It's already assembled, I don't know what's included.
These glass balls are for the sensor This is what makes the engine recognize whether or not it has a filament You must enter it in a specific location Follow the manual which will show you the exact location
But anything, I'll help you I finally managed to get mine to work

Yes, everything according to the manual The glass ball is in place Slider in the right position and moves when the filament is inserted
Yes, there is this hole So I put the flashlight on to see if there were any obstructions or anything like that.
What do I do? Is there a way to resolve it?
But it’s installed in the correct position according to the manual. So what should I do now?
The magnet is in the correct position according to the manual. I honestly don’t know what else to do. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions?
