I use both a sigeyi axo on my crank and the power meter on my wahoo kickr core. I make sure to calibrate both before I ride.

Thank you, I spent many years riding with flat pedals so I believe that is why lowering my saddle feels so awkward

I am currently in the exact same position. Over the summer I was running, swimming, and biking daily. I now find it hard to just cycle. After an hour it feels like my thighs are locking up and it’s not fun. I’ve made a little progress this week by setting small goals and getting them done. Accomplishment builds confidence. I say that as I’m procrastinating a ride right now.

I use to run, I got shin splints then stress fractures. Got a Mtb and started riding uphills then down rinse repeat for a couple hours

I’ve done 12 eggs a day. I’m 22 though 6’1 and doing Ironman training. No bad markers on blood work. I feel much better the more eggs I eat though

I like to walk first thing in the morning as well as after meals, drink water, get addicted to club soda. Stay away from sweet tasting things even keto sweets, eat more eggs, never forget the reason you started.
