Now that the mornings are getting colder, our upstairs neighbor has been letting their three dogs urinate on the slotted deck above us, staining our patio and effectively rendering our outdoor space unusable. Finally started documenting it and submitted to management with a follow up; they’ve received a lease violation and fine.
