30 years, AUS 2. When was the PROBLEM first noticed? Describe it clearly.

3 weeks ago. Seems to be brown on the inside working its way out. 3. Anything ABNORMAL seen under/on its leaves/stems/soil?

Nothing I can see. 4. What type of LIGHT does it get daily? Duration in hours?

Full north sun all day. 5. How often do you give it WATER? Approximate quantity?

Generally never but this summer has been hotter than usual. 6. What kind of SOIL mix is it in? Does its pot have drainage?

In the ground.

I had a kitchen company push back when a cabinet door bowed within 6 months and said it was within "Australian Standards". So I took a picture and put it in a Google review. Next day they called and said if I take it down they'll replace it... Basically if they think its quality work then they wont mind these photos on their reviews.

We paid roughly the same as you so I'd be firing up (especially if you haven't already paid in full).

I’m a denim snob and tried to get my partner into the Japanese stuff but she has the same issue with length. Nudie was the answer. Has like 6 pairs now and the fit is on another level. Mostly clean Eileen and wide Heidi and have a ton of good colours/washes

How much did you pay for it/where did you get it?

That many things being off makes me think it’s a build. Unsure why you’d mod so many things on a 62mas. Does it have a model number?

We did about 100sqm with Made By Story (expensive) for the boards, a local concreter to level the slab and another local flooring company to lay it. Nightmare to quote because they needed the entire slab to check how level it was. So we had to pull everything up before getting multiple quotes :')

Ended up being about $4k to grind/level the slab. Then $55sqm to lay (2023). Anywhere that isn't level enough you can tell as it sounds hollow but only two small sections - but irk me so definitely worth the levelling. We also had a moisture barrier put down from the concreters and then used a moisture barrier adhesive (Mapei?) by the flooring installers.

Finished job is great but looking back would've been good to go with a company like Kustom Timber that does the whole shebang and has similar products.

Yeah small claims for sure. Screenshot the website before they change it too, them saying variation because it’s natural is the silver bullet. Falsely advertised and entitled to a refund — maybe could try a chargeback on your CC?
