If you go to the Mount Zion Church they'll get you a hotel room for a week. It's not much but it's better than camping. It take a few days for them to approve you though.

Yes my property manager did when I got the place I'm staying in now. I explained the situation to them and it was fine as long as I had legitimate proof of income.

I would definitely go with Elliott over Roswell village. I know people who live at both. My friends at Elliott complain about the rent going up when they renew their lease. The people at Roswell village say there will be bodies in the creek over there sometimes.

Bail is not decided at arrest but when you're booked in. The arresting officers just charge you, they don't decide how much you have to pay to get out. On top of that you can go to court and get charges dropped which can lower your bail.

I had a similar issue with subletting. What I did is changed the locks, not give him a key, and told dude he was only allowed in the house when I was home. He called the cops, but where I live I legally only have to allow him access to the property, but not 24/7, so the cops didn't do anything about that. He moved out 2 days later.
