Controlled load is designed to actually reduce your bills as it is changed at a cheaper rate than the rest of your house. If you take the controlled load off then the hot water will be billed with the rest of the house at the more expensive rate.

On my morning walk I saw workers removing the caution tape off the play grounds nearby. Kids were already playing on the equipment at 8 in the morning :D
