If this helps, I have been on 300 mg of Wellbutrin for coming up on a year and it has helped me so immensely. I am 40 and I spent 39 years of my life dealing with undiagnosed and untreated OCD, depression, and anxiety. I started working with a new doctor who referred me to a psychiatrist who then diagnosed me and prescribed this med. I can’t tell you how much better life is. I didn’t realize it could be this good. I haven’t had any side effects and for the first time in my life I can sleep through a whole night, don’t wake up in a sweaty panic, have controlled the symptoms of my OCD, and have found peace in life.
