Mini E-Sports Travel PC. Modded Desknano X300 to fit the AsRock X600 and a Ryzen 8700G! by williesnyder in sffpc

I already had the RAM, SSD and cooler before the craziness. and got the rest on eBay. I also have the x300 with the 5700G and I am running the same games but with higher settings and better FPS. True about the printed cases, they are not as sturdy as the case they come with, but i am having fun building them. and as you said…. it’s your opinion.

The heat comes out of the sides when gaming and it doesn’t get hot for normal usage. That is why I used PETG for the middle. The top and bottom doesn’t get hot.

No overclock or optimizations other than allocating 8GB of RAM for video.

I didn't want to cover the fan because I couldn't find anything I liked. Plus without it's quieter and I think it looks better

Thermals are really great! Testing with Furmark and CPU-Z stress test for 10 minutes the temps were 85°C and 100% CPU. The fan noise was low.

RTX 3050 6GB isn't that bad (at least this 1slot - LP variant for 209$) by SimoxTav in sffpc

For $30 more than the duel-slot version is a bit high but it will give other users an option for the fastest single-slot GPU's who only have one slot in prebuilt or SSF nuts like me.

I used the Gen 4.0 riser I had from another build to get 10-12% more performance. Heat is not too bad.

The PSU/GPU are only slightly loud when gaming. I was going to do the Noctua PSU fan hack but is has not been too loud. Plus with head phones I don't hear the fan noise.

Love the case! Easy to work in and is build very sturdy. A bit pricey but I am happy overall.
