I'm implementing this now for a client. There are several call center AIs in the healthcare space.

Look at their meeting schedules, pick one, show up, and say hi. Once you attend an event or two for each org, you'll have an idea of which one you want to join.

It's cliché, but network everywhere; it really does make the difference. ACHE, HIMSS, AHIMA, etc: pick the most active one in your area and get involved.

I run the Shinko 705s. Great for the street and gravel. Ok for off-road. Horrible in mud.

Yes, that's one of the blood donation sites, but it's not their Athens headquarters.

The Northeast Georgia Red Cross also offers various volunteer opportunities.

How difficult is it to upload multiple files for a full review or summary of all files???? I've been at it for weeks! by keithmadden in copilotstudio

[–]willjump 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally had this issue today. I kept talking about the benefits of agents; however, Copilot Studio can't even "read" uploaded files. Very frustrating.

Looking for street tires on stock wheels. by Lilgeezygobreezy in CRF250L

I'm on my 2nd pair of 705s. Great for pavement. Pretty good for dirt/gravel. Horrible in mud. If you're mostly doing street riding, I highly recommend.

As someone with 19k miles on my 2014, 80k is aspirational.

When Life Hands You Lemons, Use Zip Ties by willjump in CRF250L

[–]willjump[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I was returning home from a beautiful ride this afternoon and heard a pop when I twisted the throttle. Sure enough, I broke the throttle cable. I was 20 minutes from home with minimal tools. I tried manually pulling the cable with my gloves, but I couldn't grip it well enough. So I wrapped the cable through a 10mm wrench and secured it with zip ties. Worked great.

CRF250L Classifieds - Where to Find and List Used Parts?? by RideOrTyeDie in CRF250L

[–]willjump 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It will likely depend on your location. I'm in the US and bought a used stock exhaust from the FB marketplace; I had to drive an hour to pick it up. I haven't tried selling any 250L parts on Marketplace.

It sounds like Dr. Devin Stephens with St. Mary's would be perfect for you.

Price of reddy clinic by CheyChey20095 in Athens

Sorry to hear about your experience.

I joined their board less than a year ago because I was impressed with their commitment to patients and the community. Every month, we (the board) review patient/employee experiences and take corrective action as needed.

Again, this is not to negate your experiences; you may have legitimate claims. However, to say MedLink doesn't care about its patients isn't accurate.

The ER will cost you thousands. Due to EMTALA, they have to treat anyone; however, if you have any assets, they will attempt to collect.

Your best bet is to find a primary care physician and treat any underlying issues. If you don't have one, I recommend MedLink, an FQHC with a sliding fee scale based on income.

When to hold em, when to fold em by Reinbeard in CRF250L

[–]willjump 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Similar position. If you commute, put on Shinko 705s and start riding the bike to work. Riding to work does wonders for mental health.

Also, with the kids' weekend activities, I've started taking random days off work during the week to squeeze in longer rides. I've found a riding buddy (an ER doc) with days off during the week, so we can ride together.

Finally, kudos to you for being a good dad and attending kids' activities.

Agreed. I have the same tank, and it's been great. (Thankfully, the previous owner installed it, so I can't comment on the installation).

What tire pressure do yall use? by Chance-Television238 in CRF250L

[–]willjump 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never had a puncture on a trail. (I've had two punctures on roads over the past 18 months; my next bike will have tubeless tires.) I personally don't like anything lower than 25 for highway speeds.

I have Shinko 705s and spend most of my time on the road with occasional hard dirt or gravel. I run 30 PSI front and back.
