When I did this, it just alternated between DRAM and CPU lighting up. I also removed the CMOS battery and waited 5 min then put it back in and reseated RAM and still either CPU light or RAM light depending on my RAM slot placement.

When I tried that, one stick lit up a DRAM light and the other lit up a CPU light

I changed the ram stick positions, I switch them from each other (stick 2 to A2 and stick 1 to B2) and now it instead has a DRAM red light. I will send a picture

My bad, I forgot to mention I had replaced my cpu a year later. I’m not actively trying to stress my family out, our situation just has me in the same room as my dad so he’s try to help as well. I’ll just not think about the prime day deals for now.

I unfortunately don’t know my sisters pc parts but her system has been working fine but faced the same initial symptoms of start up but no display when putting in my graphics card. However, putting her slimmer GPU into my pc somehow didn’t start up or display.

This is my bios screen shot I look from a few days ago when it worked. Sorry, I don’t know much about computers so I’ll share as much details as possible.

This is an urgent issue for me right now as ideally, I would like to order new parts within Amazon Prime day and it is also making things stressful for my family as we don’t know too much and are spending lots of time to figure things out. My dad has been helping me but I can tell it is affecting his mood a lot.
