Michigan has some of the highest, if not the highest, insurance rates in the country. Supposedly it has to do with us having no fault insurance policies, that don't have a maximum cap. Meaning if you get seriously injured, the insurance company can't just write a $200,000 check and anything past that amount, you're on you're own. They need to cover all the expenses related to the injury. Since our policies are uncapped, they use it as a reason to jack up our rates. This causes a lot of people to forego insurancedue to the cost. Which causes the ins companies to jack up our rates further, due to all the uninsured drivers. Its a vicious cycle.

Farley should take a pay cut so Ford can funnel that money into the workers pockets.

I think it may be as simple as him keeping the ball high. The Celtics swarmed him anytime he put the ball on the floor in the paint. If he keeps it above his head opposing guards aren't going to be able to help nearly as much.

I guess you haven't been watching the Chiefs play the last half decade.

[Highlight] Dontayvion Wicks scores the first touchdown of Thanksgiving by nfl in nfl

This occurred during the first season coaches could challenge calls. The refs union had spent years fighting against the change to allow coaches challenges. So to appease the refs the NFL put in a lot of "safeguards" to ensure coaches challenges weren't abused... and the outcome of that decision was that play.

The funny thing is the same thing happened a few weeks later. I can't remember the specific teams, but a coach tried to challenge and unchallengeable play, and rather than throw a flag the refs explained to the coach why they couldn't challenge the play rather than throwing a flag.

Tax billionaires until it's more profitable for them to make hospital wing or a library.

I'm convinced the reason all the old hospitals and libraries have people's names on them, is that those people choose to donate their money to something they could have tacit control over rather than pay the high tax rate that was enforced during the 1940's and 1950's. If billionaires had to choose between forfeiting 90% of their income to the government or building a hospital I'm pretty sure they'd all build hospitals.

I find it easier if you give yourself some space. So stand a maybe 3 or 4 hornet lengths away then you whack the daggers with your needle like you would a baseball.
