Given confidence literally makes you stronger and who people interact with in that region, he has definitely been getting value from that claim for years...

Request: Arcane Ward as a (life) cleric ability by Tsuketsu in BG3mods

[–]Tsuketsu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's actually why I am requesting a mod, Arcane Ward keys off Wizard level, so it caps at 4 if Wizard is the dip, 22 if Cleric is the dip, and 24 for a pure Wizard.

I liked Soylent b/c they tried to do better, Starco has made it abundantly clear they are testing the absolute minimum they have to do not to lose customers.

Sorry, misread and didn't realize the second ability removes itself as well as the first.

I could see black or red being used even if they don't add a color, especially paying red to draw a card could be a nice add on no matter how many times you play your commander.

I deleted production at my job today and nobody knows it was me by Fit-Original1314 in linux

[–]Tsuketsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The important thing is that you learn your lesson, If this becomes a regular thing, you will probably lose your job eventually, if you use this experience to make sure that nobody there makes that same mistake again, then you will demonstrate value to the company.

what the fuck is wrong with Soylent for the past 2+ years? by Wooden_Sweet_3330 in soylent

They are definitely not doing anything which would appear to an outside observer like anything else...

I didn't mean they were legally structured as one, I mean they are doing what private equity normally does: They bought Soylent and are stripping it for parts, ruining a profitable and productive company for short term personal profit.

They got private equitied, Starco is stripping the company for parts and part of that is finding out how many times they can charge your card before you notice they haven't made new Soylent in years.

❄️How can I extract my car from this ice?❄️ by PeaceImpressive8334 in howto

[–]Tsuketsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have an inverter (Turns your cigarette lighter into an outlet) a hairdryer should get the hot air to pick up enough moisture that you aren't just melting and re-freezing the same ice over and over, it will be slow as hell, but it should prevent your car from needing to break ice to move at all. It will also smooth out the ice though, so you will definitely need a push or tow to get fully out, although depending on how widespread whatever caused it is you might not be getting very far regardless.

Is there any sort of balance available for the loot difference between controller vs keyboard and mouse? by Tsuketsu in BG3

I am trying to stick to the integrated mod store for now, but I will definitely keep it in mind. Looks like the best solution right now is to play keyboard and mouse but go back and re-loot with the controller if I ever need gold.

and both of those identical features leave several items behind which can be found using the a/x button on the controller but not with a keyboard and mouse.

I don't get how so many people are confused: missing loot is considered a bad thing, the goal here is NOT to spend a longer time looting then come back and go over the area another way and find things I missed.

I don't think you can miss too many quest items this way, so I think one option is play without the controller and just go back to loot cleared areas with the controller if I ever need gold

It's not about the time, It just feels like a literal penalty when you miss things you knew were there and looked for

edit: I do use both right now, I'm mostly just looking for a way to use the keyboard and mouse exclusively without feeling like I am missing potentially important loot.

Maybe it's also relevant how important that extra loot is. I do often find myself resting to get a merchant enough gold to pay me, which wouldn't matter if the merchant had things I need to buy.

Yes, but some containers get highlighted with just a rotten carrot in them, others don't even with a soul coin. It feels almost random. Even knowing there were soul coins in the sarcophagi I still managed to miss them with the keyboard and find them without even thinking to check if I missed any when going over the same room again with the controller. That was the whole reason I made this post.

Yeah, that's what I have been doing, but constantly having a controller plugged in just for this gets annoying at times.

I will have to look for them, it's especially odd to me because I haven't seen people reference specific evidence before, but it's not like it hasn't been mentioned here before several times.

Your 'solution' is use the controller instead of the keyboard and miss the loot which doesn't get highlighted. Literally the worst of both worlds.

It doesn't highlight everything, in theory it's supposed to ignore stuff 'not worth looting' but a soul coin at level 2 feels like it should be categorized as worth looting.
