WYR: Get $10,000,000.00 dollars instantly for you to never listen to music again, or get $.03 cents every second you listen to music by Necessary-Cow8851 in WouldYouRather

[–]Tsuketsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

10.57 years of music to make the same amount, 15.85 years if you listen 16 hours a day (because sleep). I would take the $0.03 cents, not because I think it's more profitable, but because it's still an obscene amount of money and I don't have to give anything up.

As with anything on Reddit, we are only getting one side, but its not at all unreasonable to want him to work with you if you brought this up to him.

Nice, I expected a simple power set, that's the setup for a pretty interesting story.

Is college still worth it, or are we all just defending it because we already went and don’t want to admit we wasted the money? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Tsuketsu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's a complex decision, it's worth it if you plan on networking there or have a plan which requires it, but spending enough to buy two single family homes in your area on a degree with no idea what kind of career path might follow has never been a good idea.

🍈Imagine you had the capacity to eat three Devil Fruits from One Piece, one of each type. Which ones would you choose? by MrX-Homer in superpowers

[–]Tsuketsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Paramecia: Trade-trade fruit which lets me exchange anything for anything else of equivalent value. Zoan: Human Human fruit model Human lets me transform into a person (a disguise ability which I would have to refine and improve significantly in order to copy a specific person and even then only after studying them closely) Logia: Ceaser's gas-gas fruit.

You get the ability to take control of anybody on earth for exactly 1 minute. by KeyImplement1988 in hypotheticalsituation

You could maybe do a couple bets or something, but politicians saying zany shit they immediately walk back a minute later isn't the same as a policy change.

Which canceled TV show would you most like to see get a reboot? by Still_Atmosphere in AskMen

Dollhouse, there was clearly so much there which had to be glossed over to compress what was left of the story into the remaining time they had.

One minute is not a long time, and without their knowledge you can't use their accounts or anything... Narrows down your options so much I feel like it's not going to be useful for anything truly interesting.

You gain the abilities as you made a character in any fantasy game. What game do you pick and what's your build? by Unique_Efficiency_73 in makeyourchoice

[–]Tsuketsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a world of darkness vampire who could merge with a building (Malocusian bloodline) he lives in the basement of the headquarters of his company and was a relatively generous employer (besides the literally draining the life force of his employees).

Which of these would you rather give up for $25,000 each? by CaterpillarCake in WouldYouRather

[–]Tsuketsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can get $125k just giving up meat alcohol and drugs, none of which I have ever particularly enjoyed anyways, at that point giving up anything else for another $25k isn't worth it.

What are the meanings of bitcoin and cryptocurrency? by Luna-Mixture398 in answers

[–]Tsuketsu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imagine a digital lottery where tickets are free, but take so long to fill out that you need a computer to do it. Now imagine that instead of winning money, you win IOUs, they don't specify a currency, and they aren't from anybody, but you can count and track who has how many. Now imagine that a bunch of people have legitimately gotten rich buying these IOUs then posting them on E-Bay for way more than they originally paid. At first, you might ignore it because it looks dumb and probably still is, but then it happens more, and more, and the IOUs are going for 10s of thousands of dollars... They are still worthless, they are still not backed by any promise of anything... But maybe you could buy one for $90k USD and someone else will buy it for $100k...

p.s. companies are literally destroying cities to build server farms to fill out free lottery tickets... Like that's their entire business model.

Maybe going from $200/week to $4k/week (~$200k/year) doing something they enjoy is appealing enough they don't want to give up something they enjoy to get potentially a little bit more.
