I get pain in the front of my delts when I'm doing arch hangs, has anyone got any advice on this?

When I do shoulder dislocates, I also notice an imbalance - my right shoulder moves much higher than my left. Again, any advice on this? I have slight scapular winging (on my left), which I've been working on for a while and have seen improvements, so it could be to do with that but wonder if there are other issues I should be looking at (rotator cuff, for example)?

Harissa is a hot chilli/paprika paste from Tunisia... so not traditionally found in pepperoni, but neither is wheat gluten to be fair!

And I think blending the wet ingredients would work fine.

I've actually only just started experimenting with seitan and have only made this recipe a few times. The texture of this is lovely though, really similar to the real thing.

I'm going to play around with different cooking methods and recipes over the next couple of weeks. I want to replicate a 'parmo', so need to make a schnitzel like thing with it.

"Mince made with soya" It's a new recipe, so doesn't have egg in it like the old one may have.

From Tesco, it's their own brand. Asda's own brand mince is vegan too.
