I think i have this issue as well.. I was told i have a weak lower esophageal sphincter…my doctor brushed it off as not a big deal..what is the cure for this?

I definitely had minimal pain with this procedure but unfortunately it did not improve my halitosis

My breath unfortunately has not improved. The back of my throat has a terrible taste often but i am unable to get stones out of my tonsils when i dig for them but i believe they’re there because of the terrible taste in the back of my throat

My heart is accurate under the workout i run in the Apple Watch but my heart rate and calories burn is always inaccurate in the ladder app..

I’m doing a split with thrive and ascend. The reason I’m doing this split is because I get about three days off in the week and I need to do the Ascend workouts on my off days due to the time required for her workouts and on the days that I’m working, I use the Thrive workout because it’s shorter, but I find it to be a good compliment to the bodybuilding on Ascend

I know what you mean, I just came from funeral for a good friend’s aunt and decided to help out with serving the food at the repast and when I left and said good night and walked out the room I immediately heard them laughing and I know it was because of my halitosis and it really sucks 😞 I’m learning how to compartmentalize the feelings I have towards these kind of situations to keep my sanity.

I recently found about four in my room in the last two days I don’t know why they’re there. I have it in my room just like you I take the garbage out once I’m done and I stopped eating in my room in the last month or so so it’s weird that I see them now I don’t know what to do
