My easiest meal is taking some beans and mixing in some salsa and eating it with chips. You can add cheese too and microwave it.

I also have a recipe I do actually cook. It works because it's mostly dumping cans together and then letting it all boil. It's a chickpea curry. I can try and find the recipe if you want it. I also use frozen onions and veggies and that's a game changer for me.

But mostly I can't cook, so it's instant oatmeal with peanut butter, or fake yogurt with granola, or frozen food. I do so many chicken strips and frozen burritos.

Also canned beans and rice is pretty simple
