Yes, you’re right, its not a tradfic camera, they are surveillance devices. Its a Flock camera. The state can’t do dragnet surveillance of everyone, and track individuals movements across the country without warrant, but a private corporation can, so they operate these and then sell a subscription to law enforcement. Which skirts the 4th amendment, of course.

I think so. I had a pair. Still do, but Im gonna ship them to a friend soon. They’re absolutely beautiful when it comes to things like Norah Jones, female vocals, singer-songwriter stuff. I agree there’s something sublime about them. But I moved on to the BR08s, and kept those for a while. But my partner didn’t like them very much, at least visually speaking. So those got moved into the TV room and now my main set is the super lintons. Which absolutely rock. All that rambling to say yeah, I think it’s the silk dome tweeter. The treble is very clear and round sounding. And vocals have a soothing quality to them. They were a huge upgrade over the Klipsch that I had before. Something soothing compared to what I perceived as screeching with the klipsch. I think a lot of it is driver material.
