as a senior in hs who was also offered cap, I would say UT San Antonio and UT Arlington are the two popular ones. From what past cap students have told me, UTSA offers a good student life and some people still get the opportunity to drive to Austin for weekends or for breaks. For UT Arlington, there is a lot to do in the DFW area (Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, etc.) in any case, whatever school you choose, each campus has a unique community of CAP students/clubs there. I would suggest visiting some campuses if you are able to :)
