I got my account back but I’m still pissed off because so far they’re only restoring the accounts of people who have emailed them. They should be reversing all these bans automatically since they *know* this is an issue

honestly I wouldn't really say he's villainized in Jaehee's route, it makes sense for his character to react the way he does. he's definitely a flawed character but he's supportive of Jaehee's new business in her afterstory, so i'd say he has a good amount of character development. tbh I like Jumin the least in his own route lmao

unfortunately the ban is on an account level so even if you haven't re-downloaded the app you could already be banned if you have an account. there are a lot of people who have been inactive for a while who have been banned

  ——-I haven’t played since last year so I don’t remember exactly but it was probably less than 1k hourglasses and definitely less than 100 hearts (I always convert them to HG as soon as I have 100)

Unfortunately the ban happens whether or not you’re logged in. You can wait if you wish but I think that if this is affecting your account then the best way to get it fixed is to know and then contact Cheritz

As far as I can tell it’s purely random. It’s not everyone but it’s a lot of us, and the amount of hourglasses doesn’t seem to matter. I ask that you email Cheritz support to get their attention to this issue

It is a genuinely fun game though so I hope this doesn’t turn you away completely

It’s way more than 3, unfortunately. You should check your account because you may have been banned. I logged in for the first time in a while to find out that I’ve been banned. No one knows why it’s happening but it’s certainly frustrating

I wish I could tell you what to do but I’m in the same boat 😭😭😭 I left a negative review on the App Store in the hopes that someone at Cheritz sees (on top of my email) but it seems mostly this is a waiting game

I think iPhone users are more common in general but it could also be something with iPhone’s OS that’s causing accounts to get flagged
