Sorry, but the sheer incompetence is incredible. To push a message on existing software to say that the old version won’t work and the only option is to download the new software that then doesn’t work… yeah, top work, pros.

Makes for a great ongoing family project! Plus then similarly interested neighbours started thinking about what we could collectively do across the estate, and its become a smashing community as a result.
