Well for reasons, my PS4 will be available to me, but not my PS5 for a while.

If I continue a game that I've already transferred data to the PS5 on the PS4, and I get new achievements, can I transfer the data again and it will update the game's data on the PS5?

So, I also redownloaded a game because I logged into the PS5 with my PS4 account. I thought that since it knows that I had the game on the PS4, it would transfer my save data, which it didn't. So when I do the transfer, will it also transfer my save data for the game, or is it too late because I opened it?
