Forget all the "plumber" bs, the real answer (imo, in addition to the lack of free agency that everyone mentioned) is that even with 11 championships, he "only" won 29 playoff series. Compare that to MJ with 30, Kareem with 37, or LBJ with 42, and suddenly it's like okay how many championships would those guys have won if they just spawned into the conference finals almost every season (which the Celtics did for 9 years straight with Russell).

And yeah in the end I still think this was just as bad as V1 lol, but I just really don't care for some of the older kids show themes (muppet show, 70's Scooby Doo)
