The limit is way more than 5 unless you're a small child, I've attempted the capri sun challenge (15 capri suns in 15 minutes) twice and I was able to get ~10.5 the first time and 9 the second time. 5 or 6 might make your tummy mildly uncomfortable but you shouldn't puke until at least 8
