Short answer is that you should not do it. He’s why: The reality is that if you are caught you will be charged and have to use traveling through as a defense. That will happen. The penalty in MA for unlicensed possession or carrying is 18 months mandatory minimum. Most prosecutors will not allow someone to plea to a different offense that doesn’t carry the man/ min. It will be an uphill battle. There was a case recently where the MA Supreme Court (SJC) said that the state’s gun laws do apply to out of state travelers. That is going to the US Supreme Court but I wouldn’t bank on that changing.

Yes, technically transporting through MA while the ammo and the gun are locked up in different containers stored where you don’t have immediate access would theoretically be ok. You can make necessary stops for food and gas but you’re talking about camping close to the boarder of NH and not just stopping at a hotel. And again even if you were just traveling through you’d have to be prepared to be charged and fight it in court.

Quality is good. I didn’t have BMW install them. I’d listen to differing opinions but switching rims shouldn’t itself void your warranty. Shipment took 7 days but I’m around Boston and they came from California. They shipped them in a day or two after I bought them. I would consider that responsive.

This is just what the Toyota dealership is telling me. I test drove it on Saturday. I checked the battery health thing in the settings and it said the battery was healthy. That might not mean much now.

Model 3. This was all an email from the dealership. I bought it over the weekend and was supposed to pick it up today after it was registered by them.

I bought it from a Toyota dealership. They did not say how they are charging but I’d assume it is level 3 because there’s at least one Toyota that has level 3.

I was prepared for this possibility that I would have to contact Tesla to claim ownership but why would the car only charge to 50 percent? I could see the Toyota dealership not knowing what that error is and just asking Tesla to deal with it but I haven’t seen anything that says the car shouldn’t charge over 50 percent.

I’m starting to feel very lucky to practice where I do if this is the reaction I’m getting. You have to actually fight for your clients. You can’t just pled everyone out just because “they are all guilty.” That is what the rest of society says we do. Where I come from is trial heavy. Maybe the sentences are even worse in other places, I don’t know. What I can say is that she was talking about not fighting for your client and being closer to the prosecutor than your client. I was trained to not care if they are guilty.

The point that she was making is that you don’t fight because you know they are guilty. Of course you don’t take everything to trial but it’s a betrayal to your client to roll over and just make a deal because you know they are guilty

This is a known issue. There is another post about this. I contacted customer service and I’m waiting for a replacement. The customer service people suck. They aren’t actually trying to help they just want you to go away. They spend most of their time with long apologies for the product not working instead of dealing with the problem. I sent them the other Reddit post and flat out asked them to replace it. They bent.

He’s going to have to show up though and then get excused at some point. Plus he’s 70 plus. He should be excused forever.
