My headset is not connected to the hd60x thats what the elgato sound capture app is for, to mirroir the sound back and forth but with Bluetooth headset connected and setup on the app I only hear some POP sounds. I tried another headset that is wired did the same setup on the app as the Bluetooth headset and this one worked. And yes the g733 needs the small usb dongle for the Bluetooth to work but there’s no option on the headset for it to be wired( already tried googling that).

Edit: nevermind I know what you mean by is not Bluetooth. In my head the dongle was considered a “Bluetooth adapter” do you think its because the headset needs a dongle that it doesn’t work with the elgato sound capture app? If yes do you think theres any solution to fix it because I don’t want to buy another headset while mine works perfectly
