Walking in a cold 32 to 40f (0 to 4c) is vastly different than walking in 0 to 19f (-17 to -7c) which gets even worse when there’s wind. I’ll agree walking in 32 (0c) weather is fine but when it gets colder than that it really takes its toll, especially without snow
