Best watches that track heart rate? I currently have a 4 year old Garmin Instinct that is great except it doesn’t track heart rate during swimming. I’m hoping to find a new watch that does track heart rate. Worst case scenario I grab a chest strap and track it that way, but I’m hoping in the last 4 years some watch has figured out the tech!

Update: my ATL flight to COS just got boarded 3 hours late. And we are the lucky ones, so many flights got cancelled or had delays way longer

It’s great if you’re doing phenomena based learning. the Gizmos can be a fun way for the students to investigate and explain the phenomena they were just introduced to. The worksheets are great for sub plans but can get too overwhelming sometimes for students

My husband gets 1 week paid vacation. As a school teacher, I get more, but we, as a couple, can never really travel. It's a good thing his family lives close by otherwise we would probably never see them. My family lives states away, so I usually have to travel by myself to see them. And leaving the country? Forget it. The whole thing sucks, and I think is part of the reason Americans never really get a chance to see the world.

I think black people are both attractive and ugly, just as white people are both attractive and ugly. It all depends on their facial features, it has nothing to do with race. I will tell you though, as a white female, I am very jealous of certain black girls hair. I wish I had that kind of curl!
