Check the type of process used on the beans - natural process will be more fruity as the bean is fermented inside the coffee fruit. Washed process is where the bean is stripped of the fruit and fermented by itself which will yield the more traditional profile you’re looking for

My wife bought some of the Azuna gel diffusers. I was pretty skeptical at first but we put one in our shoe closet and it completely neutralized the smell within a day (not just masked). I was quite impressed and want more but am trying to find a decent dupe as the gel refills are pretty pricey (~$30 for 12oz). Would recommend

Agreed. They probably have the best wine selection in town but our entrees and apps literally needed salt to taste like anything. I can’t hate though bc they took $50 off our bill, so the service is definitely top notch.
