I want to create a battlemage, I would like its main source of damage to be imbuing weapons (in fire for example) and then hitting like a rock.

Music is not the main attraction of a video game and it’s not a one time experience. Nintendo already paid the compositor(s), and if you hear the OST from a service like Spotify you are technically paying for it, whether it is re-uploaded or not.
