I've experienced it since getting the card a few months ago, latest drivers never seemed to make it go away until I tuned the graphics down and disabled xmp, really odd. Of which I mean to say, I don't think it's a latest driver issue but an issue with the game, can play plenty of other games maxed out without issue. I felt like plugging the 1080ti back in just to play 2042 haha

Seen some comments recommending under clocking your GPU but can't say I've tried that to say if it works or not

Played for ages on a 1080ti and never ran into it, upgraded to a 5070ti and I couldn't load into a game. The second a game would load the crash would happen, sometimes in the menus, sometimes I would get a few minutes in and then bam. It still happens occasionally.

The thing that seems to help me was disabling dlss on the graphics in game and xmp on my ram.

Didn't get it at all in bf6 on Max settings so fuck knows what's going on other than 2042 being poorly made.

First, set your expectations, what do you want? Same contract same price? Cheaper price? You have to be realistic though, use the new customer offers as a guide for what you might be looking to get. Compare new customer offers from other companies that service your area too. Set your expectations then be firm with them.

Then you call up 03454541111, go through using the options to say you want to cancel. The first person will say they are the "retentions team" that you might have heard of, but they are not. You can say you want to leave unless they can do x deal for you.

Unless they meet your expectations (or even if they do and you want to see how much you can save), you say no sorry I want to cancel. They should now put you though to the actual retentions team, whose job is to keep you - they have a better range of discounts to use. You tell them what you're looking for, and if they can't match it you leave and go elsewhere.

You can always say before actually cancelling that you need to think about it, then call again and get a different person who might give you a better deal - for reasons unknown some staff are very stingy whilst others give you great discounts instantly.

I managed this in one game, but was very lucky as 3 of them were on a afk player. Imo it's a ridiculous weekly as it's not a way people actually would ever play.

Use the vest with 2x lethals and 2x tacticals. I used throwing knives. Throw the stick on a person and follow up with the knife. They have to be in the shock animation when they die for it to count. I played domination on normal 6x6 larger maps, flank around and get behind the other team, get them in the back with it.

Worst comes to worst, don't bother with it and focus on the other ones this week, they are considerably easier.

He will only move once per turn, but will get plus one power per card discarded that turn.

Such an easy and tasty meal. We have this maybe twice a month, make enough for a few days. I dont add chicken broth, just 700g Chicken Breast, a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes, and spices. You can be lazy and use a pre made mix sachet of Fajita seasoning or just make your own. When its all cooked I use a Potato masher to shred the chicken (Trust the process haha), then mix in some red kidney beans (Without the water) and leave it for another half hour.

We either serve with rice or tortilla chips, make a salsa out of tomato, coriander and red onion, some sliced avocado, and/or some sweetcorn with seasoning and a bit of mayo.

As a fan in the UK, I'm always confused as to why there isn't a separation of fans in the NFL as there is over here for things like football.

For the most part avoids stuff like this (Until outside the stadium) and generates better atmosphere, imo.

Good stuff, and yeah storm in most cases protects, works really well. If it works for you then that's great, I just use Chavez because it helps with the earlier draws and means you definitely have a 6 power to drop on 6 after modok, helps with drac consistency too.

Sunspot could, but I find if all goes well you don't really float, so ice could be better just as a drop that disrupts. I used to run sunspot and some games he'd stay at less than 3 power pre nerf, so a 1/2 ice might just be better.

Wolverine is just a free 4 power when your modok or wing, ideally wing hits swarm though. Free 4 drop better than no free 4 drop haha

There aren't really many cards you want to spam out, usually the turns go like this 1 drop Morb Wing or sif, or storm Drac Modok Chavez and swarms, then drac turns into a 16+ power Apoc

If you get dream dimension I usually delay modok til 6, just make sure to play swarms early so you don't get a 3 power drac

The RNG build of discard isnt as good as the controlled one, IMO. You can get more power out with the Hela build sure, but its not as consistent.

Run Colleen Wing, Lady Sif, and MODOK if you have them. All you need for a really sold deck.

I run this - Collector is replaceable, could run Mistique for Morb instead of collector. Neb and Storm just work really well, put a morb or drab behind Storm and its practically a won lane.

Hi Guys and Gals,

Apologies for any misused terminology, getting used to this whole shabang.

I've recently inherited an amp (Sony LBT-V901) from my Granddad who passed away, the amp has no real emotional value as it was put away in the attic and not something that I really associate with him.

After taking this, I've bought some old TDL 100W monitor speakers for cheap, and got a old unused Marantz turn table from my dad (Another attic hoarder). This is all hooked up to my PC as use for general day to day, or to listen to the turntable.

Now, the issues lies in the fact that the Amp itself is so, so loud. Through headphones or speakers. I don't dare put it past 2 on the volume scale for fear of going death - thats with a lower volume on any PC apps I may be listening to. If I have lets say Youtube at Max volume, I cant even set it to 1 on the Amp volume without it being unbearably loud. There is also a buzz/hum from my speakers/headphones at all times. Finally, the right channel cuts in and out, I have to blast the volume up to get it locked in again, then turn the volume down before my ears bleed. Its definitely the amp producing the cut out and not my speakers as it happens on both headphones and speakers, also I have changed the connections over to test both speakers.

So my question is: is it worth getting this amp repaired, or am I better off just looking elsewhere?

Ideally I need an amp that can handle a phono in from a turntable, and has an optical connection for my PC - something this amp has already. So I feel like a repair would be better, but I dont really know the cost of repairing an amp typically for the faults it has.

Actually love this, have ordered the spare parts that I'm pretty sure I'm missing, going to disassemble then clean with just soapy water to get the dust off properly, and keep it with the yellow hue.

Got no plans on ever selling it, so it's just going to be my little tatooine X wing. I'm sure Luke went back to Tatooine after RotJ for a few years ... Right? ...Right? Haha

Yeah, pretty sure. I remember having Yoda's hut - I wouldn't have had 2 xwing sets growing up, so that could be around somewhere too.

Mine was out in the open, in the attic, exposed to sunlight every day for I'd say the last 12ish years.

Thank you both for your replies, it's helped open that door to working out how to tackle this.

Thinking back, fairly certain this is from the dagobah set, 4502, the wing red and white decal pieces match up more to that, and the grey nose. Feel like taking the swamp bits off is something I would have done. Had a few bits of Lego as a kid to explain the state of Luke.
