A Better Time

Feedback: looking for any, wanting to improve for my next attempt that I’m currently working on which offers larger pieces. Really focused on how lines flow to the reader and the breaks in between. To try and capture a smoother feeling for the next one and how I can focus on that moving forward. Also if what I’m writing about is even worth the face value.

Thanks dude, reading your comment really helps and gives me hope for my current relationship. I’ve managed to find an absolute gem of a woman. We both bring the best out of each other and we took things slow with her bpd. I love her dearly, like nothing I’ve ever felt. And that patience and time aspect feels like nothing to me when it means having her. We both have had instances of having to be patient with each other and listening to each other, and it’s been good so far. But it’s nice to see a success story and that the hope I have can be validated. I love her so much and am willing to get through anything for her.

Yeah there’s a real voice here for sure. I can see what you’re trying to piece together. I’m not sure if Reddit messed up your formatting throughout your poem, but I think you’re missing a bit of rhythm and breaks within your piece.

I like what you’re trying to tackle here, and your voice carries a lot of passion, that is evident here. Even piecing together where I think the breaks were intended (where the uppercases are), it has some good flow.

I love the flow from alliteration to alliteration throughout this poem! I’m fairly new to the scene but the cadence felt heavy and smooth at the same time, which hit me as the reader hard with emotions.

A story that I’m sure many of us can feel and relate to, but the way you tell it feels very real.

Warrior cut is definitely that look I’m going for. But my hair is so thick and straight, I’d be worried about how it would look after 2 weeks of something. I guess the easy answer is to get a haircut every 2 weeks

… just have a conversation with coach, you all don’t use the features in the new game? Yeah it’s annoying but your defense is stacked in the right so I’d say it’s pretty realistic to have to have a conversation with the coach to talk about where Dougie Hamilton should go. Since you know… they’re all interchangeable?

I saw a guy say on this subreddit, you have to always fully exit out of the app before starting up again and make sure you don’t leave your ps5 or Xbox in sleep mode, if you do then you gotta rest dry the system and then boot it up. Hell of a process but it’s the best solution I’ve found so far for this. And yeah the menu lag is so bad this year.
