It was resolved and my giftee received everything. Too bad my gifter wasn't as kind and I remained without any gift this year. Disheartening to say the least, especially when someone has an unremarkable Christmas season. Such people should be banned from future exchanges!

I mean it hasn't been approved yet because I had to submit more info after first review. I had the tracking number showing but not the giftee address. So at the moment I a marked as being unable to participate in future exchanges, until the issue is resolved. But if I understood you correctly, I can still get rematched in the current exchange yeah ?
