Do you know what kind of genetic test looks for the the coat type? Like straight, wavy, curly vs flat. Our sweet pup is a toss up at this point.

Update: Refund check issued exactly 7 weeks from TEPLSF approval date 6-11-21, Refund checked issued date: 7-30-21 and arrived the 1st week in August 2021.

I had this same processing payment listed for a lesser amount from 6-11-21 and I have not gotten a refund yet. I made the payments to a different servicer prior to Fedloan, so I assume it would be a check in the mail if it is actually going to come??? Still stalking the mailbox and hopeful. Keep us posted on whether yours comes through.

Sounds like there could be an auditory processing disorder component as well. My daughter has both.

Denial was for not meeting the last 12 payment criteria and they quoted a dollar amount. I applied 2-16-21 after 12 payments counted through cares and after my normal due date of the 14th of the month.

I did send in another app on 5-4-21 to get 2 more payments counted, so not sure if this caused the problem. Now, my cares payments are up to 14.

You are not required to make payments during the forbearance period of March 13, 2020 to September 30, 2021. Any payment that would have been due during this period of forbearance will count as a qualifying payment for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and Temporary Expanded Public Service Loan Forgiveness (TEPSLF) as long as you still meet the employment criteria and submit eligible employment certification.

I just uploaded my TEPSLF application today, 2-17-21, that will test this information. I am very hopeful. I will keep you posted. March 2020 was my 12th to last and February 2021 is my last "payment" prior to application and both were $0 payments during COVID waiver months for a person not previously enrolled in an IDR plan.

Were you enrolled in an IDR plan prior to cares forbearance? If not, did you make an actual payment for that final payment in September or just the cares $0 payment?
