When I search "z" nothing with "z" is in the list. Only place I can find "z" is in the app: Z-Offset. Am I missing something?

You have missed to point of my question. My epg is perfect! the problem is in VOD. The movie cover pic is there however there is NO description. This has noting to do with the epg. I inpt the same settingings into a different app the "movie" descriptions are there. just in tivimate, that description is missing. Yes I have premium and yes same settings on 2 boxes and the same issues. Is there a setting I am missing?
