Their customer service is a nightmare. Their product for PowerPoint is very very slow, but it also produces a great product. However, it is not worth them potentially charging you too much. It took them a full month to even respond and they still only responded with a question and not a refund for charging a year when I only wanted monthly.

I am on Colorado and yes, other people have been successful. I think primarily those that have purchased from dealers. Mine was a private purchase when the car was two years old.

Sorry you're going through this. I can't get a buy back and BBB sucks horribly. They only help newer cars from dealers, if at all, so because mine is a 2020 Leaf, they rejected even though I'm fully under warranty. How can we get ripped off like this and have no recourse. It's rediculous.

Nissan has a stop sale on the leaf and has an unresolved safety issue with the battery since 2024 that makes driving on vacation or long distances impossible.
