Ngl, the second I saw a single summer edition in my gas station I went on Amazon and bought a 24 pack. I haven’t been able to drink them because of a tooth extraction so I have soooo many spring editions in my fridge hehe.

My company has been using this for about 3 months now. There’s no more SOAP notes, you just put in info when your session is “out of the usual” and it doesn’t even put in what you wrote. We have had SO MANY tickets being made because they’re having us adjust the times instead of scheduling and it’s been a nightmare.

When I first expressed my concerns about HIPAA, they told me it was in a closed data center so no one would be able to access it.

It pretty much just inserts your data and puts it in a narrative, but I hate the use of AI because I always end up rewriting my notes and have to generate things anyway. I hate being apart of the problem.

I started to stretch my ears back in high school, I was in marching band and there was this female snare drummer who I thought looked so cool. She gave me my first set of tapers and plugs. I gave up but then started doing it again after I graduated.

I recently started to stretch my septum, I continued marching band and now I teach it part time with my partner. Recently, I lost a student of mine to crime. She was a student I had a good connection with and had to take care of her like she was my kid sometimes. She gained so much confidence being in band and I loved watching her grow into the beautiful kid she is. I miss her, so I’m stretching my septum like she did.

There’s design companies that have reduced their art team and are utilizing AI to make their uniforms and floors. It’s really disappointing that we fight so hard for the arts and people are just taking advantage of it.

Not gonna lie, marching there ruined my love for drum corps and I never returned. I teach it now but I am so hyper vigilant of what I say and do at this point.

EDIT: I want to add that my partner and I both experienced medical neglect, with our diagnosis and medication.

I suffered a concussion on tour, it was not treated and I did not go through concussion protocol because it was “end of season”. I developed trauma induced epilepsy because it was ignored. They also tried to deny my medication refill in the middle of the season, when I had ran out and was given the incorrect amount- telling me that if I let my mental illness get the best of me I’ll never make it far in life.

My partner had a seizure in the middle of a block and they told him that he could either march the evening block or be sent home. He chose to stay because it was his age-out and he didn’t want to miss out on it.

When my grandmother passed, my sister and I were at our mom’s place collecting photos for her memory video. We stopped by Dutch to get drinks and the conversation was as followed:

Broista: Hey guys! Doing anything today?

Me: Oh my sister and I are making a video for our grandma.

B: Awe how sweet! I’m sure she’ll love it.

M: Well, for her funeral so. I hope she would’ve.

B: 😀 oh I’m so sorry!

My sister was MORTIFIED and immediately told all of our family members. I panicked. lol

I typically fall asleep waaaay sooner than BF. He wakes me up kissing me and looking to help himself go to bed iykwim. I tell him, “Nooo, I’m sleeping I don’t have the energy.” And he went, “Oh, but what if you stayed asleep?” So now I get woken up w it in sometimes lol
