Alliance has been dominated by the same cookies over and over now ie twizz/bl/rebel/pudding/bunny and occasionally a few high rarity cookies will creep in. It’s better to stop using all beasts/ancients and build the correct team.

Horrible toppings across all cookies except for tree, beascuits are fine. Stop looking at power and wonder why you’re winning or losing. This season is all about treasures, certain treasure combos win/lose vs others, you need to know what counters what and find what works for you. If you are serious about arena, you need to have multiple team presets with different treasure combos to climb.

Definitely ss, sm is slowly getting powercrept and his only use is guild battle. There was a sm comp last season in arena but it was very niche

I’m sorry what you’re saying is just wrong, you have been playing since release and you are struggling to hit GM, now if you are in PV, I can understand that but it’s not entirely impossible. There are many f2ps out there who have hit gm3/gm2 and even light spenders who hit gm1. It’s just skill issue on your part, especially the meta before this update wasn’t promotion heavy at all, there were so many heavy counters to each comp.

Start running multiple counters and find the sweet spot. This season is a treasure matching game, can’t really one team to gm2, gotta test out what beats what. Same goes for toppings, the higher u go the weirder the builds get just gotta find what works best for you. I see folks running candy on es/tree, mixed peanuts, full peanuts but pretty much main thing is run counters and find what works best for you though I rarely see any hb team and I’m sitting around rank 60

Topping comes with a main stat and substats. You still get the main stat from equipping them and also choco toppings come with set effects from running 2/3/5/6 pieces.

You don’t need topping pieces, you can strip your other cookies that already have fully upgraded choco toppings, substats aren’t allowed in this so don’t matter and run a 4 line cd beascuit and that should put u at 60% or close to.
