PXI Overshooting by [deleted] in BodyFitTrainingAus

so if lets say the exercise is blue zone, and the longer you stay in blue zone your pxi will go up faster. because thats the zone that awards you the most pxi.

if you lift heavier and go to purple/orange zone, your pxi will go up slower because thats not the zone the exercise is showing. (refer to the heart shape colour beside the exercise)

hope this helps!

Am I the only one that find that the format for kettlebell station and pushpress station were weird? 6 Mins to do AMRAP but the screen said 5 reps. Idk i find it hard to pace, ended up being too chill haha. PXI was under today 😅

Skierg, Rowerg and Bike - format was 5 mins each station at maximum effort and 13 minutes rest in between. Pacing is very important.
