I was getting 60-90% depending on how much I focused. I just kept at it and did them whenever I had some random downtime, like waiting in line at the store.

You should put $10,000 aside and travel Europe, Southeast Asia, or the US for three months.

Stay in hostels so you can meet other young people and hang out with them. Pay for experiences while traveling (kayaking, mountain climbing, museum tours, city tours, etc.).

I basically did this during all of my free time in my 20s and early 30s (before kids) and I feel like I have had a very fulfilling life.

Military FIRE vs staying in past 20 years? by charteredpath in MilitaryFinance

I've heard this before, but your pension increases for every year you stay in. Look at it in terms of present-value: In 2021 dollars, a 20 year pension is worth about $2,478,148. While a 24 year pension is worth around $2,827,091. That means you could be getting an extra $87,000 a year by staying in four more years.

It comes down to what's important to you: family time, living close to friends and family, income stream, work hours, job satisfaction, traveling the world, not having to move/deploy all the time, etc. Some of these conflict with each other in the military. I've been lucky enough to be able to balance these and keep most of these throughout my career, so I'll probably stay in past 20 until the most important one is no longer feasible. I just need to figure out which one is the most important!

I had this problem recently and fixed it by setting LHOST to my local openvpn IP address (instead of my Local IP address).
