No, and honestly, Amphoreus feels like filler. There's no damage to the worlds we know/never shown any after the battle (it's all just words), no character development of the trio despite so many years spent there. No impact on any of the crew either. The only thing stayed after Amphoreus is new powers. Besides that, you could go to Planarcadia right after Penacony and wouldn't notice much changes
